By filling in any of the forms on this website, you are giving your consent for Adaptive Touch Holistic Massage to hold your personal information. The information which you supply on the forms will be held together with any clinical records or purchasing information, as applicable. We use your information to give you the best possible service and for insurance purposes.

Email Marketing

With your permission, we will send you emails about our services, special offers, handy tips and other updates. To receive these updates you can opt in during the booking process, or by completing the form on the website’s Contact page. Storing your information

In accordance with GDPR regulations, your information is stored on an end-to-end encrypted data storage cloud service, accessible via a password-protected computer, and where applicable, on the secure server for this website. All digital documents that contain personal data are password protected. All paper documents containing your information are securely transferred to a digital format and original hard copies are destroyed.

Sharing your information

We will never share your information without your permission – it will be kept strictly confidential unless there are legal grounds for us to disclose your information to a third party. We will inform you if we feel that disclosure is necessary and seek your permission and co-operation first.

Accessing your information

You have the right to request a copy of your records at any time. If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Retaining your information

Adults’ records are retained for eight years following our last date of contact. Children’s records are retained until their 25th or 26th birthday, depending on the exact age of the child when their treatment ended. You have the right to ask us to destroy your records at any time if you wish to terminate our working relationship.

Buying online

When you purchase a service from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
